Manuel Jatsu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Lucien Grondin made a huge save. 10 minutes into the game, Manuel Jatsu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Lucien Grondin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 15 minutes, Manuel Jatsu made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. MARCONI Y PEÑA-MDP's Lucien Grondin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lucien Grondin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Kinsen in the 20th minute of the match. Alvaro Montrell received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lucien Grondin came out and tried to block the shot, but Alvaro Montrell slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 24th minute. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Manuel Jatsu took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Lucien Grondin to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, MARCONI Y PEÑA-MDP's Lucien Grondin got control of the ball when Alvaro Montrell tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 38 minutes of play, Copérnico F.C.'s Manuel Jatsu made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucien Grondin was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 43rd match minute, Copérnico F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ariel Delfino to maneuver through the defense.

MARCONI Y PEÑA-MDP's Lucien Grondin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Txatxu in the 52nd minute of play. Lucien Grondin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnulfo Hurko in the 54th minute of play. Copérnico F.C.'s Amadeo Rainerio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Copérnico F.C. from getting a goal against them. Copérnico F.C.'s Lucas Luar was substituted for Manuel Jatsu. In the 63rd minute, Rodrigo Brais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 65 minutes, Evelio Fresco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MARCONI Y PEÑA-MDP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evelio Fresco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucien Grondin came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Copérnico F.C.'s Lucas Luar. But to his dismay, Lucas Luar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. 76 minutes into the game, Lucas Luar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Lucien Grondin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Copérnico F.C.'s Amadeo Rainerio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Copérnico F.C. from getting a goal against them. Copérnico F.C.'s Amadeo Rainerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Gaizkine in the 90th minute of play. Doctor Khumalo scored 7-2 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amadeo Rainerio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Copérnico F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
