The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amado Txindoki during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 9 played minutes Oran f.c. got a freekick which was hit by Amado Txindoki. After some careless play in the Oran f.c. defense, Omar Lain kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claudio Berriotxoa. The Oran f.c. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claudio Berriotxoa should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Oran f.c.'s Severiano Ekhi got a free kick in the 14th minute. Siro Lobo hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Omar Lains short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Claudio Berriotxoa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Alexander Hellsing managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lezcanos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexander Hellsing was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio Berriotxoa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 27th minute, Túlio Rezende hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claudio Berriotxoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Lain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Siro Lobo hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Oran f.c.'s zone, Omar Lain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudio Berriotxoa came out of the goal and Omar Lain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Claudio Berriotxoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Lain, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 48 minutes into the match, Oran f.c.'s goalkeeper Claudio Berriotxoa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Omar Lain.

The wind increased when Just Fontaine made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, one of Oran f.c.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Oran f.c.. In the 53rd minute there was a penalty for Lezcanos FC. Miguel Colon stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Claudio Berriotxoa. 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Omar Lain in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudio Berriotxoa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Lezcanos FC booed when Oran f.c. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Llin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lezcanos FC's Omar Lain got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Claudio Berriotxoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Lain in the 67th minute of the match. Claudio Berriotxoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexander Hellsing in the 69th minute of play. Oran f.c.'s Claudio Berriotxoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Hellsing in the 70th minute of play. In the 71stth minute of the game Omar Lain who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oran f.c.'s Claudio Berriotxoa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 73 minutes, Alexander Hellsing managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lezcanos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexander Hellsing was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74th minute, Augustin Şumălan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lezcanos FC's Ruben Pasqual played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Poz in the 76th minute of play. Claudio Berriotxoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Hellsing in the 80th minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Ciriaco Vigil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oran f.c.'s Claudio Berriotxoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Lain in the 87th minute of play. Severiano Ekhi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruben Pasqual having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Lain in the 92nd minute of play forced Oran f.c.'s goalkeeper Claudio Berriotxoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mateo Birjaio kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
