Camilo Lazcano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bonifacio Senon having to make a save. Baldomero Gonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Grindelwald's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Carrisito made a substitution. Godfredo Venceslas replaced Nicolás Reniero. Carrisito's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
