Ichipuca AFC's Agne Ivarsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Ichipuca AFC from getting a goal against them. Agne Ivarsson made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Benicio Araoz sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Grindelwald's Baldomero Gonzo got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 17 played minutes Grindelwald got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Faro. Baldomiro Caitano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Senon having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Grindelwald's Baldomero Gonzo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Agne Ivarsson. That made the score 1-0 after 24 minutes of play. In the 33rd minute, Baldomero Gonzo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Agne Ivarsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After 41 played minutes Ichipuca AFC got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Mercurio. In the 42nd match minute, Ichipuca AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franciszek Wolniewicz to maneuver through the defense. When Freddy Hill fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ichipuca AFC's protests and gave Freddy Hill a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th match minute, Ichipuca AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Hill to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baldomiro Caitano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Enzo Paublo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 53 minutes, Prospero Mouricio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grindelwald and the Ichipuca AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Franciszek Wolniewicz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bonifacio Senon having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Grindelwald's Benicio Araoz got a free kick in the 57th minute. Enzo Paublo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Bonifacio Senon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baldomiro Caitano's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Agne Ivarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Paublo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Grindelwald's Bonifacio Senon got control of the ball when Franciszek Wolniewicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baldomiro Caitano in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bonifacio Senon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 71 minutes into the match, Grindelwald's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomiro Caitano came free, but Bonifacio Senon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enzo Aznaro kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Grindelwald's Samuel Padro was substituted for Arnaldo Paul. Grindelwald's Humberto Selatse was substituted for Enzo Paublo. Ichipuca AFC's Aureliano Lorenz was substituted for Enzo Atarrabi. The audience held their breath when Timur Nusret in the 78th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Agne Ivarsson's left hand side. After a rather tough play, Ichipuca AFC's Enzo Aznaro got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ichipuca AFC's goalkeeper Agne Ivarsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Humberto Selatse sped through Ichipuca AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Agne Ivarsson. Agne Ivarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomero Gonzo in the 88th minute of the match. The supporters of Grindelwald booed when Ichipuca AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enzo Aznaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ichipuca AFC's Cristo Vargas was substituted for Franciszek Wolniewicz. Grindelwald's Bonifacio Senon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristo Vargas in the 93rd minute of play. Baldomiro Caitano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
