Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Anchorena's Saverio Resto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Berreta booed when Anchorena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Escobar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfredo Ekhi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aquiles Bento showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Berreta's Clemente Ikatz got a free kick in the 13th minute. Esteban Tartalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Resto in the 14th minute of the match. If Leonides Montez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alfredo Ekhi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Nuñez in the 19th minute of the match. Anchorena's Alfredo Ekhi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Nuñez in the 19th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Baldomiro Telo put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Esteban Tartalo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Bento in the 37th minute of play forced Anchorena's goalkeeper Alfredo Ekhi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Saverio Resto sped through Berreta's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Esteban Tartalo. Alfredo Ekhi made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Mateo Mannuel sent off a good shot on target. Leonides Montez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Esteban Tartalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mateo Mannuel to strike the kick off in the second half. Mario Urdin charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mario Urdin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Esteban Tartalo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Esteban Tartalo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonides Montez in the 70th minute. In the 72nd minute of the match, Saverio Resto tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Esteban Tartalo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Anchorena's Jonatan Chaime managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Santo Farias in the 76 minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Saverio Resto took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Esteban Tartalo to make any attempt to save it. In the 87th minute, Mateo Mannuel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredo Ekhi was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. Alfredo Ekhi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquiles Bento in the 89th minute of play. After 90 played minutes Anchorena got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Telo. Alfredo Ekhi came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Berreta's Teodoro Nuñez. But to his dismay, Teodoro Nuñez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-4. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Berreta players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
