When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Ruben Prego sped through Progresso's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Siro Venceslao. In the 27th minute of the match Higinio Lucila shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gaston Boniel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Progresso's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ismael Ixona in the 30th minute. A nice corner shot did that Ismael Ixona got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gaston Boniel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gaston Boniel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gaston Ondino went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. In the 35thth minute of the game Santiago Illart who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tipal FC's Gaston Boniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Progresso's Siro Venceslao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teo Torres in the 42nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victoriano Olentzaro during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Victoriano Olentzaro kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Ruben Prego struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Siro Venceslao didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tipal FC.
