Desgarrado F.C's Anibal Gagriel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robustiano Oihenarte in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of Villa Maria FC booed when Desgarrado F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliciano Gaztea didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Gudesteo in the 38th minute of play forced Villa Maria FC's goalkeeper Celestino Columbo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Desgarrado F.C's Lorenzo Gudesteo got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The wind increased when Robustiano Oihenarte made the kick off in the second half. Anibal Gagriel was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Generoso Txema capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Generoso Txema really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. After a rather tough play, Desgarrado F.C's Miguel Firmin got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute, Desiderio Ederono sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Desgarrado F.C's Anibal Gagriel didn't even have to move. Robustiano Oihenarte scored 0-7 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anibal Gagriel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Generoso Txema kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anibal Gagriel. That made the score 0-8 in the 67 minute of play. Desgarrado F.C's Bernardo Ishmael quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Fernan Soter, made in the 70th minute of the game. After 71 minutes of play, Desgarrado F.C's Lorenzo Gudesteo made it 1-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celestino Columbo was left in no man's land by his defense there! 75 minutes into the match, Desgarrado F.C's goalkeeper Anibal Gagriel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Venancio Panpili. Lorenzo Gudesteo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. The Desgarrado F.C supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Villa Maria FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Villa Maria FC.
