Jeronimo Seme made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Jeronimo Seme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Rufo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the match, Hugo Ganix had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jeronimo Seme. Alcira's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hugo Ganix was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After some careless play in the Alcira defense, Hugo Ganix kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeronimo Seme. The Alcira fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeronimo Seme should have stopped the shot. 21 minutes into the match, Hugo Ganix notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Alcira's Jeronimo Seme. Jeronimo Seme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 26 minutes into the game, Potencial Desperdiciado F's Hugo Ganix nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The Alcira fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeronimo Seme should have stopped the shot. 40 minutes into the game, Hugo Ganix cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Jeronimo Seme was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jeronimo Seme came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Potencial Desperdiciado F's Hugo Ganix. But to his dismay, Hugo Ganix quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. The Alcira players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Potencial Desperdiciado F were winning 0-11.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Rufo to strike the kick off in the second half. Jeronimo Seme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Rufo's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. 59 minutes in the game, Tomas Rufo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jeronimo Seme having to interfere. Potencial Desperdiciado F made a substitution. Iraido Treviño replaced Hugo Ganix. Jeronimo Seme was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Iraido Treviño capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Iraido Treviño really showed his touch with that goal: 0-12. Alcira's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Iraido Treviño scored to the left of an out of position Jeronimo Seme, making the score, 0-13. Jeronimo Seme was a little too slow when Iraido Treviño got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 0-15. After having played for 81 minutes, Tomas Rufo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Potencial Desperdiciado F's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Rufo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeronimo Seme came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Potencial Desperdiciado F's Iraido Treviño. But to his dismay, Iraido Treviño quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-17. If Iraido Treviño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alcira's Jeronimo Seme proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Alcira from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Jeronimo Seme successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jeronimo Seme was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Iraido Treviño capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Iraido Treviño really showed his touch with that goal: 0-18.
