Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Alcira's Gaudencio Romildo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Eli in the 3rd minute of play forced Alcira's goalkeeper Jeronimo Seme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 6 minutes of play, Iglesia's Benicio Izquierdo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeronimo Seme was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Iglesia fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Iglesia's Ubaldo Kelemen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Iglesia's Albano Errolan got a free kick in the 20th minute. Fulgencio Eli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albano Errolan struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Jeronimo Seme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Iglesia. After a rather tough play, Alcira's Niceto Artal got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute Benicio Izquierdo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeronimo Seme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Benicio Izquierdo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Iglesia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Jeronimo Seme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benicio Izquierdo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the match, Alcira's goal looked a bit too open when Albano Errolan came free, but Jeronimo Seme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeronimo Seme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benicio Izquierdo's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Albano Errolan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Jeronimo Seme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rdth minute of the game Benicio Izquierdo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alcira's Jeronimo Seme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 45 minutes, Albano Errolan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iglesia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albano Errolan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 48 minutes into the match, Benicio Izquierdo notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Alcira's Jeronimo Seme. Jeronimo Seme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benicio Izquierdo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 91st minute, Ruperto Gitano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Alcira fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Iglesia were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
