EL DIEGO's Severiano Pasqual got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Severiano Pasqual might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aldo Sidoro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Severiano Pasqual ran back to his position shaking his head. 23 minutes into the game, Geert-Jan Oosters lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Aldo Sidoro. Tudo e Festa's Aldo Sidoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severiano Pasqual in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute of the match EL DIEGO got a corner. Tudo e Festa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aldo Sidoro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Geert-Jan Oosters in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

In the 51st minute, Geert-Jan Oosters left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EL DIEGO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. 54 minutes into the game, EL DIEGO's Geert-Jan Oosters nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aldo Sidoro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. After some careless play in the Tudo e Festa defense, Geert-Jan Oosters kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aldo Sidoro. The Tudo e Festa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aldo Sidoro should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geert-Jan Oosters in the 66th minute of play forced Tudo e Festa's goalkeeper Aldo Sidoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When EL DIEGO's Geert-Jan Oosters in 69 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot.
