With a little luck, Club Quilmes MdP's Rodrigo Ledrado got control of the ball when Walmir Teles tried to sneak it across the goal line. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Quilmes MdP's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Martin Smeby was slow to take the kick. During this time Tres Lomas FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Tres Lomas FC's corner Martin Smeby fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rodrigo Ledrado quite easily take care of the ball. Rodrigo Ledrado was out of position in the 11 minute of play, and Walmir Teles capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Walmir Teles really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Martín Herrera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Burns Baba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodrigo Ledrado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Walmir Teles to strike the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 93 minutes, Martín Herrera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
