Spectators: 7493 (Terracing: 5659, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rubén Paz got the match started through his kick off. Albano Abeitia hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Victorio Medina charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victorio Medina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 15 minutes into the game, Ciro Gonsalve cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Cipriano Harkaitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 17 played minutes Napostá got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Olo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Gonsalve in the 24th minute of play forced Napostá's goalkeeper Cipriano Harkaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 minutes, Leonel Idacio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Napostá and the Desafio FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 25 played minutes Napostá got a freekick which was hit by Leonel Idacio. Lázaro Chucho, 26 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 33rd minute of the match Wit Lepucki sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elvio Luix skillfully saved the ball. Cipriano Harkaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Gonsalve, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciro Gonsalve received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Cipriano Harkaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Esteve Gasteiz hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Wit Lepucki was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 47th minute. Napostá's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After the first half Desafio FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a rather tough play, Desafio FC's Abel Ekialde got a free kick in the 53rd minute. If Wit Lepucki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wit Lepucki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute Rubén Paz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvio Luix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th match minute, Napostá was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Olo to maneuver through the defense. Sakis Souanis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Elvio Luix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elvio Luix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wit Lepucki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Wit Lepucki came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Napostá fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wit Lepucki couldn't finish the play. Elvio Luix came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Napostá's Rubén Paz. But to his dismay, Rubén Paz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Wit Lepucki took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elvio Luix. Elvio Luix dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. A hard shot 95 in the game by Ciro Gonsalve from a close distance when the talented Cipriano Harkaitz managed to make a qualified save. Napostá's players were relieved. Desafio FC were awarded a corner in the 97th minute after Napostá's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lázaro Chucho took the corner. Napostá's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
