Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Cristian Francis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Ruperto Urtsua got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Delmiro Resto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Truylos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amador Oxarra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dionisio Mero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Guido Oxarra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Ciro Weather hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guido Oxarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Francis in the 18th minute of play. Ruperto Urtsua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Delmiro Resto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 24th minute by Amador Oxarra got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 28 minutes into the match, Liniers de Bahia Blanca's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Francis came free, but Guido Oxarra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Belgrano FC's Delmiro Resto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruperto Urtsua in the 31st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Liniers de Bahia Blanca's Santiago Baraquiel got a free kick in the 36th minute. Ruperto Urtsua might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delmiro Resto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ruperto Urtsua ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ruperto Urtsua made a kick off. Guido Oxarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Oxarra in the 52nd minute of play. If Gustavo Telesforo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruperto Urtsua struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Delmiro Resto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Liniers de Bahia Blanca. Liniers de Bahia Blanca's Ruperto Urtsua got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guido Oxarra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Francis, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebastian Luix during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Liniers de Bahia Blanca getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Sebastian Luix hit a great ball. In the 67th minute Leonides Lauren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guido Oxarra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guido Oxarra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amador Oxarra, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. The supporters of Liniers de Bahia Blanca booed when Belgrano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amador Oxarra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ruperto Urtsua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Resto having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Liniers de Bahia Blanca's Santiago Baraquiel got a free kick in the 77th minute. Guido Oxarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Oxarra in the 85th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruperto Urtsua got free with Delmiro Resto in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Belgrano FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Liniers de Bahia Blanca had controlled the match.
