Tiago Gavilanes made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Darwin Núñez sent off a good shot on target. Darwin Núñez succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 14th playminute. In the 21st minute Mihăiţă Godeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Maldonado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 minutes of play, DarkSide FC's Carmelo Ixona made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Octavio Maldonado was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of DarkSide FC booed when Richmond Oilers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimeno Fresco didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nemesio Txurio during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. DarkSide FC's Carmelo Ixona got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 67 minutes, Mihăiţă Godeanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DarkSide FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mihăiţă Godeanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Lázaro Crispo came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the DarkSide FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lázaro Crispo couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute, Nemesio Txurio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Octavio Maldonado. The goal made the score 2-4. Lázaro Crispo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Octavio Maldonado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mihăiţă Godeanu in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Octavio Maldonado saved Richmond Oilers from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Jokin in the 92nd minute of play forced DarkSide FC's goalkeeper Tiago Gavilanes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carmelo Ixonas short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Octavio Maldonado to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 96 minutes into the match, DarkSide FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Walter came free, but Tiago Gavilanes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded DarkSide FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Richmond Oilers.
