Liniers de Bahia Blanca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruperto Urtsua was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ruperto Urtsua to make the kick off. If Ruperto Urtsua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lisandro Clementi hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Liniers de Bahia Blanca's Santiago Baraquiel got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Liniers de Bahia Blanca walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
