In the 2nd match minute, LAS MIL FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Elia to maneuver through the defense. In the 3rd match minute, LAS MIL FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimeno Dalmau to maneuver through the defense. Darwin Núñez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Darwin Núñez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the LAS MIL FC defense, Jorge Walter kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Laureano Tono. The LAS MIL FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Laureano Tono should have stopped the shot. Romulo Selmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Maldonado having to interfere. Jimeno Dalmau's late challenge caught a Richmond Oilers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jimeno Dalmau helped the player get up and apologised. Lucio Oliviero hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, LAS MIL FC's Jimeno Dalmau got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute, Darwin Núñez made a precise shot to the right of Laureano Tono. LAS MIL FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Salvador Mingo kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jorge Walter to strike the kick off in the second half. Romulo Selmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Octavio Maldonado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jimeno Dalmau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Darwin Núñez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Walter in the 65th minute of play forced LAS MIL FC's goalkeeper Laureano Tono to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jairo Huly charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jairo Huly the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to LAS MIL FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Jairo Huly hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Darwin Núñez got free with Laureano Tono in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 72 minutes, Salvador Mingo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LAS MIL FC and the Richmond Oilers players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to LAS MIL FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Salvador Mingo hit a great ball. 75 minutes into the match, LAS MIL FC's goalkeeper Laureano Tono had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lúcio da Rocha. Darwin Núñez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Laureano Tono was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Jorge Walter capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jorge Walter really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. Octavio Maldonado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romulo Selmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Romulo Selmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Romulo Selmo came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the LAS MIL FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romulo Selmo couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Darwin Núñez got free with Laureano Tono in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Richmond Oilers played a much better game than LAS MIL FC and deserved their victory. The LAS MIL FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
