In the 11th minute, Pang Yin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mario Urti was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Mario Urti didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amado Tirso went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 17 minutes into the game, Huemul AFC's Pang Yin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mario Urti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. 23 minutes into the match, Pang Yin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mario Urti. Islas Malvinas Argentinas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pang Yin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Islas Malvinas Argentinas's Mario Urti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Tirso in the 26th minute of play. When Huemul AFC's Pang Yin in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Islas Malvinas Argentinas's goalie prevented a goal. 31 minutes into the match, Islas Malvinas Argentinas's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Tirso came free, but Mario Urti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Pang Yin put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Mario Urti. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pang Yin in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mario Urti saved Islas Malvinas Argentinas from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amado Tirso in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mario Urti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Huemul AFC were leading 0-8. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Gabi Batistuta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Amado Tirso reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mario Urti. The goal made the score 0-10. 63 minutes into the match, Pang Yin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mario Urti. Islas Malvinas Argentinas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pang Yin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. In the 67th minute Amado Tirso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Urti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mario Urti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amado Tirso in the 71st minute of play. Pang Yin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes in the game, Pang Yin dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Mario Urti made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Pang Yin sent off a good shot on target. Mario Urti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amado Tirso's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 82nd minute, Amado Tirso reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mario Urti. The goal made the score 0-12. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amado Tirso in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mario Urti saved Islas Malvinas Argentinas from getting behind. In the 89th minute, Amado Tirso reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mario Urti. The goal made the score 0-13. In the 93rdth minute of the game Amado Tirso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Islas Malvinas Argentinas's Mario Urti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robustiano Cordera during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Islas Malvinas Argentinas getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Robustiano Cordera hit a great ball.
