Spectators: 7553 (Terracing: 5666, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Guy Bernaerts kicked off to start the match. In the 4thth minute of the game Guy Bernaerts who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Romeo FC's Armindo Gonçalves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 8 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Romeo FC! Angelino Eliu took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armindo Gonçalves. Armindo Gonçalves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Saul Maxin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Haroldo Garin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Romeo FC's zone, Guy Bernaerts stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armindo Gonçalves came out of the goal and Guy Bernaerts tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Haroldo Garin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorio Nesto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armindo Gonçalves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guy Bernaerts, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Victorio Nesto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Haroldo Garin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armindo Gonçalves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emiliano Eliu, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guy Bernaerts in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armindo Gonçalves saved Romeo FC from getting behind. Armindo Gonçalves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guy Bernaerts's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. When Corbera FC's Guy Bernaerts in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Romeo FC's goalie prevented a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Saul Maxin to strike the kick off in the second half. Armindo Gonçalves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guy Bernaerts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 56 played minutes Romeo FC got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Bermudo. When Guy Bernaerts came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Corbera FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guy Bernaerts couldn't finish the play. Guy Bernaerts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armindo Gonçalves having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Guy Bernaerts made a precise shot to the right of Armindo Gonçalves. Romeo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After some careless play in the Romeo FC defense, Guy Bernaerts kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armindo Gonçalves. The Romeo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armindo Gonçalves should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Romeo FC booed when Corbera FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Eliu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 73rd play minutes Guy Bernaerts shot 6-0, a short shot which went by Armindo Gonçalves and just under the crossbar into goal. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Guy Bernaerts sped through Romeo FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Armindo Gonçalves. When Corbera FC's Guy Bernaerts in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Romeo FC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guy Bernaerts in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armindo Gonçalves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Armindo Gonçalves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guy Bernaerts in the 93rd minute of play. If Guy Bernaerts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Corbera FC were the better team. Corbera FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
