Zhu Bin Yu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emanuel Rolado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Wrexham AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Remigio Marko in the 4th minute. The corner led Wrexham AFC's Nemesio Otsoa to fire away a dangerous shot which Emanuel Rolado despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Emanuel Rolado came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Wrexham AFC's Zhu Bin Yu. But to his dismay, Zhu Bin Yu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Wrexham AFC's attentive Ivan Weinberger managed to snatch the ball when Cristian Goyo made a throw-in in the 15th minute of the game. A collision led to La Unión Fc getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Roque Llorenc hit a great ball. In the 18th minute of the match Remigio Marko sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emanuel Rolado skillfully saved the ball. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by La Unión Fc's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Remigio Marko was slow to take the kick. During this time Wrexham AFC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Wrexham AFC's Maximo Guillerme getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The audience was convinced that Zhu Bin Yu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emanuel Rolado was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. After 24 minutes of play, Wrexham AFC's Zhu Bin Yu made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emanuel Rolado was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zhu Bin Yu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Emanuel Rolado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Zhu Bin Yu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Emanuel Rolado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhu Bin Yu, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Wrexham AFC's Zhu Bin Yu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emanuel Rolado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Wrexham AFC's Zhu Bin Yu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emanuel Rolado. That made the score 3-0 after 34 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zhu Bin Yu in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emanuel Rolado saved La Unión Fc from getting behind. Kevin Weinberger might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emanuel Rolado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kevin Weinberger ran back to his position shaking his head. Emanuel Rolado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zhu Bin Yu's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. The Wrexham AFC fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Wrexham AFC's Zhu Bin Yu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zhu Bin Yu made a kick off. Zhu Bin Yu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emanuel Rolado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Chen Fei Zhen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wrexham AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Chen Fei Zhen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emanuel Rolado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Ladislao Pagomari came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the La Unión Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ladislao Pagomari couldn't finish the play. Zhu Bin Yu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Emanuel Rolado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhu Bin Yu in the 58th minute of play. In the 64th minute, Zhu Bin Yu made a precise shot to the right of Emanuel Rolado. La Unión Fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Emanuel Rolado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zhu Bin Yu went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Wrexham AFC were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after La Unión Fc's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Remigio Marko took the corner. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Maximo Guillerme got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 7-0. 76 minutes into the match. Emanuel Rolado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhu Bin Yu, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 90th minute, Zhu Bin Yu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Rolado was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. During the 94th minute of the match Cristian Goyo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Cristian Goyo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to La Unión Fc getting a freekick after 95 minutes play.
