Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Roman Witek kicked off to start the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zhu Bin Yu in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Txindoki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 11th minute of the match Luis Mincho shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabian Txindoki showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Wrexham AFC's Zhu Bin Yu in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Atlético River Plate's goalie prevented a goal. Fabian Txindoki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhu Bin Yu, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 22nd minute Roman Witek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aivo Lepisk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Zhu Bin Yu sped through Club Atlético River Plate's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fabian Txindoki. In the 28th minute, Zhu Bin Yu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabian Txindoki was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 32 minutes into the game, Lautaro Nicolas threw the ball into play from the sideline. Wrexham AFC's Remigio Marko quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A sloppy throw-in by Lautaro Nicolas in the 34th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Wrexham AFC's Luis Mincho. Fabian Txindoki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zhu Bin Yu's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Zhu Bin Yu scored 0-5 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabian Txindoki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Zhu Bin Yu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabian Txindoki having to make a save. Fabian Txindoki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zhu Bin Yu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, Zhu Bin Yu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabian Txindoki. Club Atlético River Plate's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zhu Bin Yu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atlético River Plate's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Remigio Marko was slow to take the kick. During this time Wrexham AFC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Wrexham AFC's Remigio Marko to fire away a dangerous shot which Fabian Txindoki despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fabian Txindoki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhu Bin Yu in the 60th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Zhu Bin Yu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fabian Txindoki. The goal made the score 0-8. When Zhu Bin Yu came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Wrexham AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zhu Bin Yu couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhu Bin Yu in the 66th minute of play forced Club Atlético River Plate's goalkeeper Fabian Txindoki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 70 played minutes Club Atlético River Plate got a freekick which was hit by Lautaro Nicolas. Fabian Txindoki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhu Bin Yu in the 72nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Club Atlético River Plate defense, Zhu Bin Yu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabian Txindoki. The Club Atlético River Plate fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabian Txindoki should have stopped the shot. Zhu Bin Yu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Fabian Txindoki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute Chen Fei Zhen suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Wrexham AFC made a substitution. Agustin Bobadilla replaced Chen Fei Zhen. Claude Rohner hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 82nd play minute Zhu Bin Yu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Fabian Txindoki. 0-10. Lautaro Nicolas made in the 92nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Roman Witek immediately put the ball in play. Zhu Bin Yu in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fabian Txindoki, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 95 minutes into the match, Zhu Bin Yu notched a goal, 0-12, to the right of Club Atlético River Plate's Fabian Txindoki. Fabian Txindoki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wrexham AFC played a much better game than Club Atlético River Plate and deserved their victory. The Club Atlético River Plate players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
