Hugo Poz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Esiquio in the 3rd minute of play. Haroldo Abadia struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Hugo Poz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Macvanagu FC. Tadeusz Dynda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Hugo Poz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Tadeusz Dynda could shoot a difficult shot in the 12th minute, which Hugo Poz however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, Persos United's Hermengildo Ortle got a free kick in the 16th minute. After a rather tough play, Macvanagu FC's Gilbert Piwowarski got a free kick in the 21st minute. When Hernan Iratze came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Macvanagu FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hernan Iratze couldn't finish the play. Persos United's Hugo Poz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Esiquio in the 27th minute of play. Tadeusz Dynda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd match minute, Persos United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Lizer to maneuver through the defense. Tadeusz Dynda took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hugo Poz. Hugo Poz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Hernan Iratze charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hernan Iratze the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Macvanagu FC's Hernan Iratze got a free kick in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Eliézer Vianna made the kick off in the second half. Melchor Esiquio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hugo Poz came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Macvanagu FC's Tadeusz Dynda. But to his dismay, Tadeusz Dynda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After some careless play in the Persos United defense, Melchor Esiquio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugo Poz. The Persos United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Poz should have stopped the shot. When Hernan Iratze came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Macvanagu FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hernan Iratze couldn't finish the play. After 66 played minutes Macvanagu FC got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Abadia. A collision led to Persos United getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Hermengildo Ortle hit a great ball. When Ali Güralp Özalpsan came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Macvanagu FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Güralp Özalpsan couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Persos United's Atilano Hechter got a free kick in the 78th minute. Hernan Iratze struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Tadeusz Dynda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hugo Poz having to make a save. If Hernan Iratze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute Tadeusz Dynda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Poz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 95 played minutes Persos United got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Lizer. Tadeusz Dynda's late challenge caught a Persos United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tadeusz Dynda helped the player get up and apologised. After 96 played minutes Macvanagu FC got a freekick which was hit by Tadeusz Dynda. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Macvanagu FC had played much better football throughout.
