After 10 minutes of play, Persos United's Eliézer Vianna made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reynaldo Frisco was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 90 minutes, Gaudencio Richie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Persos United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaudencio Richie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Real Académico De Fútbol fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Persos United were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
