Velezcamp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Artemio Pierres was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kerimhan Keykubad was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Velezcamp's goalkeeper Virgilio Koldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kerimhan Keykubad. 53 minutes into the game, Kerimhan Keykubad lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Virgilio Koldo. Virgilio Koldo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Artemio Pierres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Salvador Baraquiel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salvador Baraquiel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Irrintzi in the 78th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Velezcamp's zone, Jacobo Senen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Virgilio Koldo came out of the goal and Jacobo Senen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Virgilio Koldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Mahuse, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacobo Senen in the 95th minute of play forced Velezcamp's goalkeeper Virgilio Koldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nueva Chicago 2026 played a much better game than Velezcamp and deserved their victory. The Velezcamp players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
