Spectators: 7587 (Terracing: 5691, Seating: 1745, VIP seats: 151) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lech Mindykowski started the match with the kick off. A nice corner shot did that Marcial Kepa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Teobaldo Aztore quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Paco Miranda kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Islas's David Innocenzio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lech Mindykowski in the 9th minute of play. After 13 played minutes Ranquilcó AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Bernaldo. After 15 played minutes Ranquilcó AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Abascal. After 16 played minutes Islas got a freekick which was hit by Ladi Dadi. David Innocenzio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Teofilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Lech Mindykowski took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Innocenzio. David Innocenzio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With his leg Teobaldo Aztore managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Islas's Marcial Kepa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marcial Kepa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teobaldo Aztore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcial Kepa, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Teobaldo Aztore made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tobias Loren in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lech Mindykowski in the 29th minute of play forced Islas's goalkeeper David Innocenzio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Islas defense, Lech Mindykowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Innocenzio. The Islas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Innocenzio should have stopped the shot. Teobaldo Aztore made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcial Kepa in the 39th minute. Ladi Dadi kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Marcial Kepa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Ranquilcó AFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Marcial Kepa made the kick off in the second half. If Marcial Kepa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ranquilcó AFC's goalkeeper Teobaldo Aztore, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Ladi Dadi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Tobias Loren came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Islas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobias Loren couldn't finish the play. After 61 played minutes Ranquilcó AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Abascal. 69 minutes into the match, Ranquilcó AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcial Kepa came free, but Teobaldo Aztore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Kepa in the 74th minute of play forced Ranquilcó AFC's goalkeeper Teobaldo Aztore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ranquilcó AFC's Teobaldo Aztore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Kepa in the 78th minute of play. Teobaldo Aztore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcial Kepa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Innocenzio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Bernaldo in the 82nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ranquilcó AFC's zone, Tobias Loren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teobaldo Aztore came out of the goal and Tobias Loren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ladi Dadi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Teobaldo Aztore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcial Kepa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teobaldo Aztore having to interfere. In the 91st match minute, Islas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Maurin to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Gorri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabian Maurin kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Islas's Ladi Dadi suffered a concussion after 95 minutes and had to leave the field. The Islas supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ranquilcó AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Ranquilcó AFC.
