Daniel Cordarrol didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Augusto Tiniebra went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 11 minutes into the match, C.D. Municipal's goal looked a bit too open when Damaso Gustau came free, but Daniel Cordarrol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.D. Municipal's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Santiago Pello scored to the left of an out of position Daniel Cordarrol, making the score, 2-0. In the 16th minute Serafin Dominguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Mannuel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, C.D. Municipal's zone, Humberto Mitxaut stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Cordarrol came out of the goal and Humberto Mitxaut tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 88th minute, Augusto Tiniebra made a precise shot to the right of Daniel Cordarrol. C.D. Municipal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 15-0. Daniel Cordarrol didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Humberto Mitxaut went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 16-0 was the resulting score. If Humberto Mitxaut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 98 minutes into the match, C.D. Municipal's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Mitxaut came free, but Daniel Cordarrol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Simoneta FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
