After having played for 12 minutes, Chiquinho Vides managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PINAMAR NORTE FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chiquinho Vides was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Calaveras AFC's Lisandro Lluis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Arnau in the 16th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Calaveras AFC's Aristides Mino threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Blas Oinatz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 20th minute of the match Calaveras AFC got a corner. PINAMAR NORTE FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erasmo Erasto ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind PINAMAR NORTE FC's goalkeeper Aristides Mino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lisandro Lluis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wasyl Zworski in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute of the match, Prudencio Fidele got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aristides Mino was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Lisandro Lluis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavino Arnau, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wasyl Zworski in the 35th minute of play forced Calaveras AFC's goalkeeper Lisandro Lluis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Chiquinho Vides got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wasyl Zworski to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, PINAMAR NORTE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Fidele came free, but Aristides Mino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 60 minutes into the game, Calaveras AFC's Prudencio Fidele nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aristides Mino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Aristides Mino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Prudencio Fidele's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of PINAMAR NORTE FC's goalie and right to Prospero Tartalo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. PINAMAR NORTE FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Emilio Taranto hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Aristides Mino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blas Oinatz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of PINAMAR NORTE FC booed when Calaveras AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Chan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aristides Mino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Oinatz in the 84th minute of the match. When Alfonso Gudesteo fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Calaveras AFC's protests and gave Alfonso Gudesteo a yellow card for diving instead. Alfonso Gudesteo hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. The long shot by Wilfredo Jerrald in the 86th minute really tested Lisandro Lluis's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 87 played minutes Calaveras AFC got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Gudesteo. PINAMAR NORTE FC's Aristides Mino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Fidele in the 93rd minute of play. Blas Oinatz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aristides Mino having to make a save. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
