In the 5th minute, Damaso Gustau ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cleto Veronica was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 8 minutes into the match, Xerez's goal looked a bit too open when Damaso Gustau came free, but Cleto Veronica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Hans Dalström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cleto Veronica was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Hans Dalström scored 0-4 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cleto Veronica, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cleto Veronica came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Simoneta FC's Augusto Tiniebra. But to his dismay, Augusto Tiniebra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After some careless play in the Xerez defense, Damaso Gustau kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cleto Veronica. The Xerez fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cleto Veronica should have stopped the shot. 21 minutes into the match, Xerez's goal looked a bit too open when Hans Dalström came free, but Cleto Veronica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Simoneta FC fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Simoneta FC's Damaso Gustau looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 24th minute, Damaso Gustau left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Simoneta FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. Luciano Urbasa was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 27 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Damaso Gustau put it in 0-10 from a short distance just to the right of Cleto Veronica. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 0-11 when Damaso Gustau sped through Xerez's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cleto Veronica. After some careless play in the Xerez defense, Hans Dalström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cleto Veronica. The Xerez fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cleto Veronica should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hans Dalström in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cleto Veronica saved Xerez from getting behind. When Simoneta FC's Hans Dalström in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Xerez's goalie prevented a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-12 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 51st minute Hans Dalström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Veronica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 53 minutes, Hans Dalström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Simoneta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hans Dalström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Cleto Veronica managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Simoneta FC's Hans Dalström fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hans Dalström in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cleto Veronica prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 61stth minute of the game Hans Dalström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Xerez's Cleto Veronica was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Simoneta FC's Humberto Mitxaut was substituted for Damaso Gustau. Simoneta FC made a substitution. Rodolfo Iztal replaced Jonatan Pancho. A well-hit corner resulted in Segundo Olo heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Cleto Veronica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans Dalström in the 66th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hans Dalström got free with Cleto Veronica in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Xerez's Cleto Veronica proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Xerez from getting a goal against them. With his leg Cleto Veronica managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Simoneta FC's Humberto Mitxaut fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 77 minutes into the match, Xerez's goal looked a bit too open when Hans Dalström came free, but Cleto Veronica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simoneta FC's Augusto Tiniebra got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hans Dalström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cleto Veronica having to make a save. Segundo Olo took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cleto Veronica. Cleto Veronica dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-15. Xerez's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Hans Dalström 84 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-16. In the 87th minute, Xerez's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Santiago Pello fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Hans Dalström scored 0-18 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cleto Veronica, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Xerez fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Simoneta FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
