Municipal's Daniel Cordarrol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guilherme Pires in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute David Lindmark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Cordarrol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Calaveras AFC's Oséias Dionísio got a free kick in the 4th minute. 6 minutes into the match, Calaveras AFC's goalkeeper Igor Zambujal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bonifacio Enmanuel. Erasmo Erasto was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 9th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. A collision led to C.D. Municipal getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Pascual Olentzaro hit a great ball. Igor Zambujal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafin Dominguez, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. C.D. Municipal's Daniel Cordarrol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Lindmark in the 18th minute of play. After 20 minutes of play, Calaveras AFC's Erasmo Erasto made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Cordarrol was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 30th minute, Prudencio Fidele left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Calaveras AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Erasmo Erasto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 34 played minutes C.D. Municipal got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Enmanuel. 36 minutes into the match, Calaveras AFC's Prudencio Fidele sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniel Cordarrol narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Calaveras AFC booed when C.D. Municipal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonel Liher didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the game, Calaveras AFC's Prudencio Fidele nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Daniel Cordarrol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Daniel Cordarrol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prudencio Fidele in the 44th minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Prudencio Fidele had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Cordarrol. C.D. Municipal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Prudencio Fidele was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Placido Urtzi charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Placido Urtzi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Placido Urtzi kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Calaveras AFC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Serafin Dominguez to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cleto Lawrence in the 53rd minute of play forced Calaveras AFC's goalkeeper Igor Zambujal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfonso Gudesteo hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. The supporters of C.D. Municipal booed when Calaveras AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oséias Dionísio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute David Lindmark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Cordarrol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Igor Zambujal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleto Lawrence, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Cordarrol was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Roberto Chan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 76 minute of play. In the 79th minute, David Lindmark reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Daniel Cordarrol. The goal made the score 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafin Dominguez in the 86th minute of play forced Calaveras AFC's goalkeeper Igor Zambujal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute C.D. Municipal were awarded a corner. Melchor Omero went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led C.D. Municipal's Melchor Omero to fire away a dangerous shot which Igor Zambujal despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Roberto Chan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Daniel Cordarrol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Calaveras AFC played a much better game than C.D. Municipal and deserved their victory. The C.D. Municipal players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
