Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when David Masselin got the match started through his kick off. Orlando Cordarin charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orlando Cordarin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Orlando Cordarin hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Marciano Cordarell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Guo Fei Feng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Marciano Cordarell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monteagudo's supporters rose to their feet, but Marciano Cordarell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guo Fei Feng breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Monteagudo getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Vinicio Muno hit a great ball. After 19 minutes of play Monteagudo's Orlando Cordarin was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Orlando Cordarin kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Elordi's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Soin came free, but Guo Fei Feng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th match minute, Elordi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siro Kaxen to maneuver through the defense. After 26 minutes, Bernardo Senon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Monteagudo and the Elordi players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Monteagudo booed when Elordi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siro Kaxen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amador Soin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amador Soin struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Guo Fei Feng didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monteagudo. 33 minutes into the match, Elordi's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Soin came free, but Guo Fei Feng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Monteagudo's Amador Soin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Guo Fei Feng made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Feliberto Refugio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Masselin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Jago kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Monteagudo's Cristobal Brion tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Amador Soin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Guo Fei Feng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elordi's Guo Fei Feng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marciano Cordarell in the 59th minute of play. Guo Fei Feng made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Amador Soin sent off a good shot on target. Feliberto Refugio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Masselin in the 71st minute of the match. Feliberto Refugio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladimiro Gutxi in the 72nd minute of play. After 76 played minutes Elordi got a freekick which was hit by Siro Kaxen. The audience was convinced that Amador Soin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guo Fei Feng was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Brúnó Juhász sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, David Masselin notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Monteagudo's Feliberto Refugio. Feliberto Refugio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
