In the 8th minute, Vermudo Argudo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Farid Mondragón was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Farid Mondragón showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Gilesindo in the 11th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Uriel Jaume hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, ▃▄▅▆▇█ 5 ATM █▇▆▅▄▃'s goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Saturnin came free, but Farid Mondragón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Braulio Saturnin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Farid Mondragón showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vermudo Argudo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Farid Mondragón stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ezequiel Gilesindo's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in ▃▄▅▆▇█ 5 ATM █▇▆▅▄▃'s zone, Vermudo Argudo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Farid Mondragón came out of the goal and Vermudo Argudo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dawid Ciborek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fidel Venerando in the 36th minute. After some careless play in the ▃▄▅▆▇█ 5 ATM █▇▆▅▄▃ defense, Vermudo Argudo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Farid Mondragón. The ▃▄▅▆▇█ 5 ATM █▇▆▅▄▃ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Farid Mondragón should have stopped the shot. Fidel Venerando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Dawid Ciborek made a huge save. After some careless play in the ▃▄▅▆▇█ 5 ATM █▇▆▅▄▃ defense, Ezequiel Gilesindo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Farid Mondragón. The ▃▄▅▆▇█ 5 ATM █▇▆▅▄▃ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Farid Mondragón should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fidel Venerando was the one to do the kick off. With an all-out effort, Caballito FC's Farid Mondragón threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vermudo Argudo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind ▃▄▅▆▇█ 5 ATM █▇▆▅▄▃'s goalkeeper Farid Mondragón, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Farid Mondragón made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Chap in the 65th minute of play. When Herminio Geofredo fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ▃▄▅▆▇█ 5 ATM █▇▆▅▄▃'s protests and gave Herminio Geofredo a yellow card for diving instead. Herminio Geofredo kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 85th minute Feliberto Viator shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dawid Ciborek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Caballito FC booed when ▃▄▅▆▇█ 5 ATM █▇▆▅▄▃ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidro Gar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Farid Mondragón was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vermudo Argudo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 88 minute of play. Dawid Ciborek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidel Venerando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 97 played minutes Caballito FC got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Reyes. Caballito FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
