The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Florin Boldișor scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristian Sesuldo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 18 minutes of play, Togo FC's Florin Boldișor made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristian Sesuldo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 21st minute, 吴洲坚 made a precise shot to the right of Cristian Sesuldo. Lima AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 24thth minute of the game 柳森悦 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lima AFC's Cristian Sesuldo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rodolfo Mannuel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Salbatore, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After 28 minutes, Adolfo Salbatore mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lima AFC and the Togo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Lima AFC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Adolfo Salbatore hit a great ball. Cristian Sesuldo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 柳森悦's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. In the 39th minute 柳森悦 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Sesuldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Togo FC defense, Bonifacio Abecia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rodolfo Mannuel. The Togo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodolfo Mannuel should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that 柳森悦's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristian Sesuldo was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. 47 minutes into the match, Florin Boldișor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristian Sesuldo. Lima AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florin Boldișor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. After the first half Togo FC were leading 1-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronaldo Ronaldo made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Togo FC got a freekick which was hit by 吴洲坚. The crowd rose to their feet as 吴洲坚 kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cristian Sesuldo. That made the score 1-7 in the 54 minute of play. The supporters of Togo FC booed when Lima AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Beremundo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Ismael Tallia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Togo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lima AFC the free kick. Ismael Tallia kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. A collision led to Lima AFC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Eleazar Castaneda hit a great ball. In the 64th minute, 柳森悦 sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Lima AFC's Cristian Sesuldo didn't even have to move. Lima AFC's Cristian Sesuldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 吴洲坚 in the 68th minute of play. Ismael Tallia's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cristian Sesuldo firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a rather tough play, Lima AFC's Herminio Tino got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 77th minute, Togo FC's 柳森悦 ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cristian Sesuldo. Cristian Sesuldo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-8. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Clóvis Monteiro in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodolfo Mannuel saved Togo FC from getting behind. If Florin Boldișor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 柳森悦s short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Cristian Sesuldo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Lima AFC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Freddy Pepillo hit a great ball. Togo FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
