Christian Loriens short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Silvestre Vilalobos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Silvestre Vilalobos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saul Txordon, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 12th match minute, Los Golosos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafin Leguizamón to maneuver through the defense. S. D. Águilas's Americo Herena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Orain in the 15th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Nicolas Estevez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Golosos's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolas Estevez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Americo Herena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of S. D. Águilas booed when Los Golosos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafin Leguizamón didn't get a good kick on the ball. When S. D. Águilas's Saul Txordon in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Golosos's goalie prevented a goal. After 32 played minutes S. D. Águilas got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Magdaleno. S. D. Águilas's Americo Herena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Estevez in the 33rd minute of play. Saul Txordon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvestre Vilalobos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. After 36 minutes, Nicolas Estevez made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. S. D. Águilas's Americo Herena tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 39 minutes into the match, S. D. Águilas's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Orain came free, but Americo Herena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolas Estevez struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Americo Herena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Golosos. Christian Lorien might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silvestre Vilalobos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christian Lorien ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

S. D. Águilas made a substitution. Fernando Raymond replaced Timoteo Isauro. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saul Txordon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Americo Herena made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Maximo Orain sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Los Golosos's Aquilino Arnau got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 56 minutes into the game, Nicolas Estevez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Americo Herena. Nicolas Estevez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aquilino Arnau got free with Americo Herena in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Aquilino Arnau took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Americo Herena to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Saul Txordon managed to get in a good position for a shot. S. D. Águilas's supporters rose to their feet, but Saul Txordon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvestre Vilalobos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. S. D. Águilas made a substitution. Benito Ranolfo replaced Christian Lorien. Americo Herena stood somewhat misplaced when Maximo Orain came free in front of goal and shot 0-4 to the left of him in the 65 minute. Maximo Orain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Los Golosos's Aquilino Arnau got a free kick in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Txordon in the 83rd minute of play forced Los Golosos's goalkeeper Silvestre Vilalobos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvestre Vilalobos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saul Txordon, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 90 minutes into the game, S. D. Águilas's Saul Txordon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silvestre Vilalobos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. After a rather tough play, S. D. Águilas's Fabricio Magdaleno got a free kick in the 95th minute. Los Golosos's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
