But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Genaro Min couldn't finish the play. Miguel Ángel Santoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernan Gaztea, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. If Juliusz Gmoch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Ángel Santoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Sabin in the 19th minute of the match. Miguel Ángel Santoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Policarpio, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Olympus's Ludomil Wasikowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xesc Labarra in the 24th minute of play. Miguel Ángel Santoro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baldomero Innocenzio in the 25th minute. Ludomil Wasikowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteve Paublo in the 27th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baldomero Innocenzio got free with Miguel Ángel Santoro in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th minute, Juliusz Gmoch left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olympus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Miguel Ángel Santoro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juliusz Gmoch in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute, Charly Fernández made a precise shot to the right of Ludomil Wasikowski. Olympus's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genaro Min in the 39th minute of play forced Olympus's goalkeeper Ludomil Wasikowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute of the match Chacarita Futsal got a corner. Olympus's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Augusto Rosalio ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bernabe Bidun hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xesc Labarra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Chacarita Futsal's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Gaztea came free, but Miguel Ángel Santoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute, Segundo Jacindo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After taking down the ball on Olympus's corner Bernabe Bidun fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Miguel Ángel Santoro quite easily take care of the ball. Miguel Ángel Santoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juliusz Gmoch, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Charly Fernández received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ludomil Wasikowski came out and tried to block the shot, but Charly Fernández slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 68th minute. The audience was convinced that Hernan Gaztea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Miguel Ángel Santoro was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juliusz Gmoch in the 72nd minute of play forced Chacarita Futsal's goalkeeper Miguel Ángel Santoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Ángel Santoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Policarpio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Genaro Min struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Ludomil Wasikowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chacarita Futsal. Thanks to some nice moves Xesc Labarra could shoot a difficult shot in the 78th minute, which Ludomil Wasikowski however easily saved by the left post. In the 80th minute Juliusz Gmoch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Ángel Santoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Olympus's Juliusz Gmoch, in the 80th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Olympus. 83 minutes into the game, Bernabe Bidun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olympus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chacarita Futsal the free kick. After 82 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Olympus! In the 90th minute of the match, Cesar Vargas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ludomil Wasikowski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 91st minute Chacarita Futsal were awarded a corner. Augusto Rosalio went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Augusto Rosalio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ludomil Wasikowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 95 played minutes Olympus got a freekick which was hit by Timoteo Sabin. After a defensive mix-up in Olympus's zone, Xesc Labarra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ludomil Wasikowski came out of the goal and Xesc Labarra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Chacarita Futsal had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
