An unexpectedly hard shot by José Serrizuela in the 26th minute of play forced La Caprichosa FC's goalkeeper Ciro Pacifico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salvador Gelacio lost his temper 31 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, C.A. LANUS's Salvador Gelacio got a free kick in the 31st minute. After some careless play in the La Caprichosa FC defense, José Serrizuela kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciro Pacifico. The La Caprichosa FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciro Pacifico should have stopped the shot. Ciro Pacifico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Levente Végh in the 42nd minute of play. C.A. LANUS were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after La Caprichosa FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adamantios Geronimidis took the corner. The audience was convinced that Radek Saska's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristian Mergildo was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Ciro Pacifico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Serrizuela in the 47th minute of play. In the 48th minute of the match C.A. LANUS got a corner. La Caprichosa FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Adamantios Geronimidis ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on C.A. LANUS's corner Adamantios Geronimidis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ciro Pacifico quite easily take care of the ball. Armando Ascencio tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Ciro Pacifico. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-3 in the 49th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. José Serrizuela was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to La Caprichosa FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Hamir Kang hit a great ball. Ciro Pacifico made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when José Serrizuela sent off a good shot on target. In the 61st minute, Pang Xing Lang got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristian Mergildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radek Saska, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Serrizuela was extremely unlucky when he, in the 76th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, 姚旭翀 managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Caprichosa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but 姚旭翀 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristian Mergildo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ciro Pacifico came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by C.A. LANUS's José Serrizuela. But to his dismay, José Serrizuela quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Zheng Chen Kang scored 1-5 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ciro Pacifico, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leo Raulo hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. If José Serrizuela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciro Pacifico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zheng Chen Kang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Levente Végh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radek Saska's late challenge caught a C.A. LANUS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Radek Saska helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of C.A. LANUS booed when La Caprichosa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radek Saska didn't get a good kick on the ball.
