After a rather tough play, Olympus's Bernabe Bidun got a free kick in the 5th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Manantiales's goal looked a bit too open when Juliusz Gmoch came free, but Fidel Salvidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute Juliusz Gmoch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Salvidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baldomero Innocenzio in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fidel Salvidor saved Manantiales from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Manantiales's Herminio Viviano got a free kick in the 18th minute. Hernan Gaztea took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fidel Salvidor. Fidel Salvidor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomiro Salomon in the 22nd minute of play forced Olympus's goalkeeper Ludomil Wasikowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute Baldomero Innocenzio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Salvidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fidel Salvidor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernan Gaztea, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. If Baldomero Innocenzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Manantiales's Raul Ostadar got a free kick in the 30th minute. Baldomero Innocenzio struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Fidel Salvidor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olympus. Olympus's Benjamin Policarpio managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Herminio Viviano in the 34 minute of the game. 39 minutes into the match, Manantiales's goal looked a bit too open when Juliusz Gmoch came free, but Fidel Salvidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Hernan Gaztea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juliusz Gmoch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Fidel Salvidor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
In the 52nd minute, Baldomero Innocenzio made a precise shot to the right of Fidel Salvidor. Manantiales's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Baldomero Innocenzio might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fidel Salvidor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baldomero Innocenzio ran back to his position shaking his head. 57 minutes into the match, Baldomero Innocenzio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fidel Salvidor. Manantiales's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baldomero Innocenzio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Ludomil Wasikowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carolo Sal in the 68th minute of the match. Cristo Refugio's late challenge caught a Olympus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristo Refugio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th match minute, Manantiales was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Refugio to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the game, Baldomero Innocenzio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Fidel Salvidor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baldomero Innocenzio got free with Fidel Salvidor in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Baldomero Innocenzio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the match, Manantiales's goalkeeper Fidel Salvidor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baldomero Innocenzio. Ulises Donzel hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Baldomero Innocenzio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fidel Salvidor having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Olympus's Fidel Salvidor threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hernan Gaztea, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Gaztea in the 93rd minute of play forced Manantiales's goalkeeper Fidel Salvidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Juliusz Gmoch kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fidel Salvidor. That made the score 0-7 in the 94 minute of play.
