José Paradela could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Ismael Bihar made a huge save. In the 8th minute, Luis Navarro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Legio X Eqvestris fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Legio X Eqvestris's Ariel Gustau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Urtsua in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute José Paradela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Bihar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Cochisuma getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Damian Deunoro hit a great ball. Cochisuma's Ismael Bihar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Cochisuma from getting a goal against them. Ariel Gustau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Socorro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the match, Cochisuma's goal looked a bit too open when Domingos Santio came free, but Ismael Bihar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, Tadeusz Rudy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimiro Urtsua in the 39th minute of play forced Legio X Eqvestris's goalkeeper Ariel Gustau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute Gilberto Socorro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Gustau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Cochisuma's Ismael Bihar got control of the ball when Luis Navarro tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Domingos Santio took the ball and in the 50 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ismael Bihar. Ismael Bihar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. When Vladimiro Urtsua came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Cochisuma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vladimiro Urtsua couldn't finish the play. In the 56th match minute, Cochisuma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Socorro to maneuver through the defense. José Paradela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Paradela in the 64th minute of play forced Cochisuma's goalkeeper Ismael Bihar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ariel Gustau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilberto Socorro in the 66th minute of play. Gualterio Lucian took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ariel Gustau. Ariel Gustau dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeusz Rudy in the 73rd minute of play forced Cochisuma's goalkeeper Ismael Bihar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 74 played minutes Cochisuma got a freekick which was hit by Costin Negreanu. Damian Deunoro hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Navarro in the 76th minute of play forced Cochisuma's goalkeeper Ismael Bihar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ismael Bihar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Paradela, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Legio X Eqvestris's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
