An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Fliz in the 8th minute of play forced Cochisuma's goalkeeper Ismael Bihar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Vladimiro Urtsua dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Leon Santos, 1-0. Julio Lain in the 16thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leon Santos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Julio Lain had several of the Pity 31's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 17 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Leon Santos as he didn't even see the shot coming. Ismael Bihar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iker Mendiko, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Leon Santos made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Anier Urbasa sent off a good shot on target. Leon Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Socorro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute Gilberto Socorro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, Costin Negreanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cochisuma's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pity 31 the free kick. In the 28th minute, Clemente Fliz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Pity 31's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Urtsua came free, but Leon Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ismael Bihar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iker Mendiko in the 32nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Clemente Fliz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ismael Bihar was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Alessandro Costacurta hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, Pity 31's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Urtsua came free, but Leon Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

In the 56th minute Julio Lain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Santos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Andréas Vester hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Gennaro Gattuso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Ismael Bihar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pity 31's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
