Domingos Nerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerardo Bras in the 22nd minute of the match. Bernardino Ur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Domingos Nerio made a huge save. José Vítor Paes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niceto Jerano, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The referee showed Mario Chaime the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of PATURUZU booed when Troncos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Chaime didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Uriel Eneko to make the kick off. Mario Chaime hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. PATURUZU's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Domingos Nerio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Troncos FC had played much better football throughout.
