Bruno Romelio made in the 5th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Mario Hori immediately put the ball in play. After 6 played minutes Grütly got a freekick which was hit by Esteve Selmo. With an all-out effort, LIBRIANOS FUTBOL CLUB's Epifanio Boniel threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mario Hori, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Pablo Nafarroa scored 1-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Epifanio Boniel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Nistor Haidău could shoot a difficult shot in the 28th minute, which Epifanio Boniel however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Nafarroa in the 35th minute of play forced Grütly's goalkeeper Epifanio Boniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cecilio Mirande in the 38th minute of play forced LIBRIANOS FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper 柯远伟 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 柯远伟 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Olentzaro in the 41st minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tadeo Frichoso made a kick off. Sebastian Tino hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Guido Olentzaro shot from long distance in the 51st minute, but 柯远伟 was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. 53 minutes into the match, LIBRIANOS FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Cecilio Mirande came free, but 柯远伟 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 柯远伟 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeo Frichoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Alvaro Canor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Epifanio Boniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. 柯远伟 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elpidio Gabrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pablo Nafarroa in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Epifanio Boniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Cecilio Mirande kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving 柯远伟. That made the score 1-3 in the 66 minute of play. Epifanio Boniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Hori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 76 played minutes Grütly got a freekick which was hit by Esteve Selmo. In the 77th minute of the match Nistor Haidău sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Epifanio Boniel skillfully saved the ball. Grütly's Epifanio Boniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Nafarroa in the 78th minute of play. Epifanio Boniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Hori in the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute Pablo Nafarroa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Boniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cecilio Mirande took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 柯远伟. 柯远伟 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Epifanio Boniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Åke Björklund in the 85th minute of play. Nistor Haidău fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Boniel having to interfere. The Grütly players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
