LA InDuStRiA INC's Raimundo Obano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toni Martinovic in the 13th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Cristobal Lalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. LA InDuStRiA INC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristobal Lalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Garay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristobal Lalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Julio Garay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Garay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saverio Reyes, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saverio Reyes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Julio Garay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Leoncio in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of Rosario Central booed when LA InDuStRiA INC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Leoncio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Toni Martinovic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Obano having to interfere. Julio Garay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Iratxo in the 67th minute. In the 71st minute of the match, Saverio Reyes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Garay saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Martin Iratxo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Garay having to interfere. Rosario Central's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
