Stellenbosch's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osvaldo Bernat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 4th minute, Ziya Sümre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Avior Gideon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Pelayo was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. The supporters of Stellenbosch booed when SEXO DROGA Y ROCK & ROLL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ziya Sümre didn't get a good kick on the ball. SEXO DROGA Y ROCK & ROLL were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Stellenbosch's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lucio Primo took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Stellenbosch's goalie and right to Facundo Segundo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Stellenbosch's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Pedro Pelayo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Facundo Segundo's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute Facundo Segundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Pelayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Stellenbosch's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lucio Primo was slow to take the kick. During this time SEXO DROGA Y ROCK & ROLL's players had a chance to rest. In the 39th minute, Avior Gideon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Pelayo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Facundo Segundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Pedro Pelayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Pelayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Facundo Segundo in the 44th minute of the match. SEXO DROGA Y ROCK & ROLL's Jailson Brodel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save SEXO DROGA Y ROCK & ROLL from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

SEXO DROGA Y ROCK & ROLL's Tomasz Gniewek was substituted for Avior Gideon. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Facundo Segundo to make the kick off. Radomil Kapera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Pelayo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Jailson Brodel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Bernat in the 56th minute of the match. If Osvaldo Bernat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Bernat in the 58th minute of play forced SEXO DROGA Y ROCK & ROLL's goalkeeper Jailson Brodel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radomil Kapera who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Pedro Pelayo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A hard shot 62 in the game by Radomil Kapera from a close distance when the talented Pedro Pelayo managed to make a qualified save. Stellenbosch's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flóki Cabezudo in the 70th minute of play forced SEXO DROGA Y ROCK & ROLL's goalkeeper Jailson Brodel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 71 minutes SEXO DROGA Y ROCK & ROLL's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Laureano Gora who took care of the corner kick. Pedro Pelayo made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Radomil Kapera sent off a good shot on target. Jailson Brodel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mao Zhen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flóki Cabezudo in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jailson Brodel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 84th minute, Adan Ferrando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jailson Brodel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flóki Cabezudo, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 90 minutes into the game, Flóki Cabezudo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Jailson Brodel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Facundo Segundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
