Prudencio Ovando was slow to take the kick. During this time A. Korn's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Alvaro Urtsin heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Dominic in the 76th minute of play forced A. Korn's goalkeeper Ubaldo Matildo Fillol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the game, A. Korn's Ruben Salvator nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Simon Hori made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Showtime FC made a substitution.
