The supporters of Salta Futbol Club booed when venturinha F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saul Arano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabian Obano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 24 minutes into the match, Salta Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Esteban Fuertes came free, but Jimeno Teodor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Damian Raebert successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Gombal in the 29th minute of play forced Salta Futbol Club's goalkeeper Jimeno Teodor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A nice corner shot did that Saul Arano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jimeno Teodor quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jimeno Teodor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guaberto Curcio in the 32nd minute of play. With a little luck, venturinha F.C.'s Damian Raebert got control of the ball when Gavra Parezanović tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to venturinha F.C. getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Yan de Sousa hit a great ball. Damian Raebert was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fabian Obano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 36 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Gombal in the 40th minute of play forced Salta Futbol Club's goalkeeper Jimeno Teodor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute of the match, Fabian Obano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Damian Raebert saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Rafael Borre's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jimeno Teodor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. If Guaberto Curcio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Esteban Fuertes to make the kick off. Damian Raebert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Obano in the 50th minute of play. venturinha F.C.'s Damian Raebert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Obano in the 51st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Esteban Fuertes managed to get in a good position for a shot. venturinha F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Esteban Fuertes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jimeno Teodor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th minute, Guaberto Curcio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Guaberto Curcio came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the venturinha F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guaberto Curcio couldn't finish the play. 66 minutes into the match, venturinha F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Obano came free, but Damian Raebert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabian Obano in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damian Raebert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 80 minutes, Primitivo Goizeder managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salta Futbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Primitivo Goizeder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. venturinha F.C.'s Adriano Marchegiani got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Fabian Obano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Salta Futbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After some careless play in the Salta Futbol Club defense, Esteban Fuertes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jimeno Teodor. The Salta Futbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jimeno Teodor should have stopped the shot. Jimeno Teodor made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Esteban Fuertes sent off a good shot on target. Salta Futbol Club's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
