After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Isidro Derwin managed to get in a good position for a shot. JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidro Derwin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 29th minute Martin Martxelin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimeno Teodor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jimeno Teodor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Ticho, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Primitivo Goizeder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Wang Jie Shi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Martin Martxelin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Salta Futbol Club's Jimeno Teodor got control of the ball when Edgardo Ticho tried to sneak it across the goal line. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgardo Ticho to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Salta Futbol Club's Gavra Parezanović got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Jimeno Teodor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Ticho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martin Martxelin took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jimeno Teodor. Jimeno Teodor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When Edgardo Ticho fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS's protests and gave Edgardo Ticho a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Salta Futbol Club booed when JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Ticho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isidro Derwin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Teodor having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Salta Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Ticho came free, but Jimeno Teodor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabian Obano got free with Wang Jie Shi in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edgardo Ticho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabian Obano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Wang Jie Shi made a huge save. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Salta Futbol Club's goalkeeper Jimeno Teodor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Edgardo Ticho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martin Martxelin hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
