Agustin Txatxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haakon á Borg having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Guns And Roses's zone, Jörn Helström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eustacio Misael came out of the goal and Jörn Helström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 10 minutes into the match, Agustin Txatxu notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Cura del Futbol's Haakon á Borg. Haakon á Borg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cura del Futbol's Haakon á Borg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Bordat in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of Cura del Futbol booed when Guns And Roses was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remicio Victorero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eustacio Misael made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jörn Helström in the 25th minute. Cura del Futbol's Haakon á Borg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Txatxu in the 27th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nazil Canay in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Haakon á Borg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Haakon á Borg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nazil Canay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jörn Helström in the 36th minute of play forced Guns And Roses's goalkeeper Eustacio Misael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cura del Futbol's Haakon á Borg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Txatxu in the 46th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Jörn Helström took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Eustacio Misael to make any attempt to save it. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Haakon á Borg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustin Txatxu in the 82nd minute of the match. A collision led to Guns And Roses getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Segundo Bordat hit a great ball. Guns And Roses made a substitution. Lukas Podolski replaced Nazil Canay. In the 85th minute, Segundo Bordat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Lukas Podolski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Haakon á Borg. That made the score 1-3 in the 91 minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, Lukas Podolski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Haakon á Borg. Lukas Podolski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Guns And Roses had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
