The audience thought a goal was coming when Angel Martxel got free with Franco Barcaiztegui in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Segurola y Habana's Angel Martxel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Franco Barcaiztegui in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Franco Barcaiztegui stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angel Martxel's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Segurola y Habana's zone, Rai Marques stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrian Eneko came out of the goal and Rai Marques tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 26 minutes into the game, Angel Martxel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Franco Barcaiztegui was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rai Marques in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adrian Eneko saved Segurola y Habana from getting behind. Angel Martxel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. ¨Los Matadores¨'s Franco Barcaiztegui proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save ¨Los Matadores¨ from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, ¨Los Matadores¨'s Gustavo Coco got a free kick in the 37th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rai Marques in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrian Eneko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 40th match minute, ¨Los Matadores¨ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aatif Kareef to maneuver through the defense. Albino Herauso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Adrian Eneko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Segurola y Habana getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Wilfredo Firman hit a great ball. If Albino Herauso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

In the 66th minute, Angel Martxel made a precise shot to the right of Franco Barcaiztegui. ¨Los Matadores¨'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. The audience was convinced that Rai Marques's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adrian Eneko was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. In the 77th minute, Segurola y Habana's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Albino Herauso fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Rai Marques who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Adrian Eneko when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Albino Herauso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
