In the 14th minute Adelino Vieira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Paris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to La Gagoneta getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. German Mannie hit a great ball. The long shot by Michael Erkmann in the 16th minute really tested Cosme Paris's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A collision led to The Twins getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Osvaldo Pacorro hit a great ball. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by The Twins's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marco Peio was slow to take the kick. During this time La Gagoneta's players had a chance to rest. Ubaldo Matildo Fillol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manfredo Zanussi, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 25th match minute, The Twins was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustaw Wietrzychowski to maneuver through the defense. Ubaldo Matildo Fillol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manfredo Zanussi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the game, Manfredo Zanussi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. A wasted opportunity for La Gagoneta. 41 minutes into the match, Manfredo Zanussi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ubaldo Matildo Fillol. The Twins's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manfredo Zanussi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 47th minute Manfredo Zanussi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Matildo Fillol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The wind increased when Manfredo Zanussi made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, The Twins's goal looked a bit too open when Manfredo Zanussi came free, but Ubaldo Matildo Fillol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Twins's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marco Peio ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led La Gagoneta's Marco Peio to fire away a dangerous shot which Ubaldo Matildo Fillol despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, The Twins's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Urbez came free, but Ubaldo Matildo Fillol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 1-7 when Lucas Urbez sped through The Twins's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ubaldo Matildo Fillol.
