After a defensive mix-up in Canalla Fuego's zone, Blas Beila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clemente Benvido came out of the goal and Blas Beila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Urbasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Aimar in the 15th minute. When Canalla Fuego's Carlos Aimar in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gladiadores's goalie prevented a goal. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gladiadores's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jonatan Benvide made a great header on Canalla Fuego's corner, it was just that Gladiadores's Daniel Urbasa managed to reach the ball for a save. After some careless play in the Canalla Fuego defense, Blas Beila kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clemente Benvido. After 37 minutes of play, Canalla Fuego's Ricky Kalischer made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Urbasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Canalla Fuego defense, Pablo Innocenzio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clemente Benvido. The Canalla Fuego fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clemente Benvido should have stopped the shot. In the 44th minute, Gabrie-Alejandro Maldini made a precise shot to the right of Clemente Benvido. Canalla Fuego's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Pablo Innocenzio's late challenge caught a Canalla Fuego's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pablo Innocenzio helped the player get up and apologised. After 46 played minutes Gladiadores got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Innocenzio. In the 48th match minute, Gladiadores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Innocenzio to maneuver through the defense.

The wind increased when Blas Beila made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Canalla Fuego's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Innocenzio came free, but Clemente Benvido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Canalla Fuego's goalkeeper Clemente Benvido, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Clemente Benvido made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Blas Beila sent off a good shot on target. Blas Beila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Aimar in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Urbasa saved Gladiadores from getting behind. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 3-3 when Carlos Aimar sped through Gladiadores's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Daniel Urbasa. Daniel Urbasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricky Kalischer in the 73rd minute of the match. Blas Beila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Benvido having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Romeo Lon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marciano Pettinelli shot from long distance in the 80th minute, but Clemente Benvido was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Clemente Benvido was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and Pablo Innocenzio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pablo Innocenzio really showed his touch with that goal: 3-4. After a rather tough play, Canalla Fuego's Romeo Lon got a free kick in the 84th minute. Marciano Pettinelli might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clemente Benvido. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marciano Pettinelli ran back to his position shaking his head. Daniel Urbasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Aimar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Gladiadores booed when Canalla Fuego was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolae Honcioiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Canalla Fuego's Clemente Benvido proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Canalla Fuego from getting a goal against them. 92 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Gladiadores's Marciano Pettinelli fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Daniel Urbasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Villanueva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Clemente Benvido didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 96th minute, which inside left pole to 3-5. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Gladiadores walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
