Spectators: 7402 (Terracing: 5877, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 25) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Manfredo Zanussi took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th match minute, La Gagoneta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Oliverios to maneuver through the defense. Cosme Paris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Villanueva in the 5th minute of the match. After having played for 7 minutes, Ricky Kalischer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Canalla Fuego's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricky Kalischer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Canalla Fuego getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Gian Leu hit a great ball. After 12 minutes, Manfredo Zanussi made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Canalla Fuego's Clemente Benvido tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Aristides Villanueva struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Cosme Paris didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canalla Fuego. In the last second Clemente Benvido throw himself and got hold of the ball when Lucas Urbez in the 21stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Cosme Paris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Villanueva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aristides Villanueva in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cosme Paris prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Manfredo Zanussis short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Clemente Benvido to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cosme Paris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Villanueva in the 36th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Aristides Villanueva made a precise shot to the right of Cosme Paris. La Gagoneta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 40 minutes Canalla Fuego's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marco Peio who took care of the corner kick. The corner led La Gagoneta's Marco Peio to fire away a dangerous shot which Clemente Benvido despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Ciro Rosini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Gigel Iuonaș hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Canalla Fuego made a substitution. Carlos Aimar replaced Aristides Villanueva. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ricky Kalischer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Clemente Benvido stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Urbez's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manfredo Zanussi in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Clemente Benvido saved Canalla Fuego from getting behind. In the 56th minute, Ricky Kalischer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Clemente Benvido stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Urbez's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Cosme Paris was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Carlos Aimar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 63 minute of play. After a rather tough play, La Gagoneta's Manfredo Zanussi got a free kick in the 73rd minute. A collision led to La Gagoneta getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Manfredo Zanussi hit a great ball. Cosme Paris stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ricky Kalischer's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute of the match Canalla Fuego got a corner. La Gagoneta's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ricky Kalischer ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of La Gagoneta's goalie and right to Ciro Rosini. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. La Gagoneta's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Cosme Paris came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Canalla Fuego's Carlos Aimar. But to his dismay, Carlos Aimar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Canalla Fuego's Clemente Benvido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Urbez in the 93rd minute of play. Diguinho Paraíba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Cosme Paris made a huge save. The La Gagoneta supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Canalla Fuego's performance. The match ended with a win for Canalla Fuego.
