Teodoro Duarte ran back to his position shaking his head. Cayetano Behe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Duarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Cayetano Behe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Duarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute Marco Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cayetano Behe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Sinsacote AFC booed when Deportivo Balvanera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Dayam didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio Gorri in the 28th minute of play forced Deportivo Balvanera's goalkeeper Cayetano Behe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Lisandro López could shoot a difficult shot in the 38th minute, which Felix Crayon however easily saved by the left post. 39 minutes into the match, Deportivo Balvanera's goal looked a bit too open when Octavio Quico came free, but Cayetano Behe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Severiano Taurino struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Felix Crayon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Balvanera. Gilberto Inautzi charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gilberto Inautzi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gilberto Inautzi kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

51 minutes into the match, Deportivo Balvanera's goalkeeper Cayetano Behe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teodoro Duarte. Octavio Quico's late challenge caught a Deportivo Balvanera's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After recieving a nice pass, Sinsacote AFC's Teodoro Duarte tried to score from far away in the 75th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Teodoro Duarte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Cayetano Behe made a huge save. A collision led to Sinsacote AFC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Octavio Quico hit a great ball. In the 81st match minute, Sinsacote AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Mena to maneuver through the defense. Deportivo Balvanera's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cristobal Hulberto in the 83rd minute. Deportivo Balvanera's Cristobal Hulberto was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Felix Crayon in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 87 minutes into the match, Deportivo Balvanera's goalkeeper Cayetano Behe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teodoro Duarte. Lisandro López received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Felix Crayon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Leandro Cordarin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sinsacote AFC played a much better game than Deportivo Balvanera and deserved their victory. The Deportivo Balvanera players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
